Jewelry & metal
- Store each piece separately in a dry jewelry pouch or box.
- Keep pieces away from water, perfume, lotions, and cleaning products.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.
- Natural metals may darken or develop a patina over time; polish gently when needed.
Beadwork & garments
- Hand wash only when the garment care label permits it.
- Do not squeeze or twist beaded areas.
- Air dry in the shade.
- Do not iron the beaded areas; use a cool iron on non-beaded fabric only.
Bags & baskets
- Keep woven pieces dry and away from prolonged direct sunlight.
- Dust with a soft, dry brush or cloth.
- Reshape gently if needed and store in a dry, ventilated place.
- Stuff the item lightly when storing it so it keeps its form.
Footwear
- Brush away loose dirt and wipe with a barely damp cloth.
- Air dry away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry unless the product label expressly permits it.
- Store clean and dry, away from damp conditions.

Depending on the nature of the repair, a repair fee may apply. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to repairs.
